What is PBID?
The BID is a Business Improvement District working with property owners and business owners between Deering (South Side of Sherman Way) / Canoga (North side of Sherman Way) to Glade (East to West) and between Gault to Wyandotte (South to North). We work to revitalize and beautify our streets, put on projects and answer service requests as well as connect people to proper channels outside of our immediate jurisdiction.

Our Staff
Our staff/team is comprised of a little bit of everything. We wear many hats and work hard to service the property owners’ requests swiftly and successfully. We have amazing crew leaders, support staff, event staff and many volunteers.

BID Projects
Some of our projects have included reengineering degraded alleys; garnering grants for awnings for store fronts, repair or replacement of graffiti-etched windows and application of anti-graffiti film; power washing and sanitizing sidewalks, bringing events to the district which has helped to foster a sense of community & highlighting our unique businesses and inspiring art and green projects!

Through the Pandemic beginnings and onward, we aim to provide our businesses and community with the most up to date Covid information, from latest legislature, to community vaccine events, to steps to grow one’s business even during these unprecedented times.
